Sesame Cleaning Process Before Expelling

1. The soaking, peeling, skin and kernel separation are all finished in a canister. The working principle is similar with TPFL120. You just need press the button to peel after sesame soaked, discharge the lye and rinse the sesame by clear water.
2. Soaking section uses lye, while skin and kernel separation uses clear water.
3. Clear water can directly connect to water pipe.
4. Each time 250-350kg sesame are cleaned, It should soaked by lye for 30-40 minutes, peeling time needs 10-20 minutes.
5. When the lye after 2 times cycle, add some new to keep the lye concentration.
6. Cleaning proportion: 1:2 (sesame:water) Cause the waste water contain many sesame skin, recycle cost is high, pls acording to your situation to build the sewage treament system.
