How Much Oil Can I Get in Oilseed Extruding Process

By using our oil press machine you can extrude 90% to 95% percentage of oil from the oilseed. For example soybeans, they contain 12-18% oil, we can take out 90 to 95% run through our oil press twice. While canola which has a higher percentage of oil to 40-45%, by using our heated oil press can get 35% from the oilseed. Another improtant thing is that the meal (cake) is very high in protein. Soybean meal has a high level of 45% protein, and sunflower meal has about 25%. They are excellent feed for beef, chicken, swine, poultry and other livestock.
